🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At American Bully Pride, the health and well-being of our puppies come first. We are committed to placing each Pocket, Standard, and XL Bully into a loving and responsible home. Because our puppies are living animals, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure their safety and proper care.

✅ Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits secure your puppy and are applied toward the final purchase price.

• If for any reason you cannot complete your purchase, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion.

✅ Refunds

• Refunds are not offered once a puppy has been paid for and left our care, except in cases covered under our Health Guarantee (e.g., proven genetic defect confirmed by a licensed veterinarian).

• Transportation and delivery fees are non-refundable.

✅ Returns

• If you are unable to care for your puppy at any time, we require that the puppy be returned to us. We will assist in rehoming but refunds will not be issued.

• This policy ensures no puppy from American Bully Pride ever ends up in a shelter or unsafe environment.

✅ Health Guarantee Coverage

• If a genetic or life-threatening health issue (covered by our guarantee) is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee period, we will offer:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.

  • Or, in rare cases, partial refund at our discretion.

✅ Buyer’s Responsibility

• Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up or delivery.

• Failure to provide timely vet care, proper nutrition, or a safe environment will void all guarantees.
